We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unused, and unwashed merchandise a receipt from
our website within 30 days of purchase. Credit card purchases will be credited as sold.
EASY FLAT RATE RETURNS AND RETURN PROCESS
Returns are simple with Fertile Soil. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of your
purchased items you may initiate a return by emailing email@example.com– be sure to
include your order number, the reason for the return, and list the items to be returned.
One of our customer service representatives will provide you with a flat rate return-shipping label.
The flat rate cost of the return label will be provided to you at the time of your request. This flat
rate return-shipping fee will be charged to the credit card associated with your account or
deducted from your total refund amount.
Make a copy of the invoice that was sent with your package for your records. Circle the item(s)
that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
Affix your return-shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
Take the package to your nearest drop off location. All returns will be credited to the original form
of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s),
and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email notification upon
the completion of the return processing.
As soon as the returned items are received and approved by our shipping center the refund will
be processed. We will only be able to credit merchandise that is physically received by our

If you wish to return your purchase using our “Return by Mail” process (within 30 days of your order
date). Order your new merchandise at the same time you call customer service. Availability or
replacement item is not guaranteed. If the item you request is not available, we will process the
item as a return. We’ll bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for
returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon as
possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind
that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly
and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the

DELIVERY RELATED INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If packages are returned to Fertile Soil due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a
customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
Fertile Soil is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping
information provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Fertile Soil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address
entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Fertile Soil will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of
delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to
the address provided in an order.
