Fertile Soil will be hosting retreats around the country in the coming seasons:  Fall – Hamptons, New
York; Winter – Seattle, Washington; Spring – Charleston, South Carolina; Summer- Malibu, California.
The retreat experience rate is $3500, which does not include accommodations.  With a unique set of
services and amenities the cost of accommodations is based on room size.  Fertile Soil ensures an
added measure of excellence at every moment during your stay.

NOTE: Retreat rates are per person

Retreats are seasonal and lasts a length of 4 DAYS | 3 NIGHTS.  It is a rejuvenating extended weekend
from Thursday to Sunday.

Please arrive as early as possible to take full advantage of your first day.  Check-in will be between the
hours of 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.  Check-out is Sunday at 12:00 PM.

Note: Massages must be scheduled in advance.

Yes, we will provide WI-FI.  However, we encourage our guest to refrain from the use of electronics as
much as possible.  We encourage our guest to be fully engaged in the experience so that they leave
with the most transformation. Your four-day retreat is packed with many experiences, allowing you
to recalibrate and reset your natural rhythms. For your privacy and privacy of our guest, we ask that
NO pictures or video be taken.

No worries! We have many guests with food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities. We
encourage you to let us know prior to the retreat, so that we can have any modifications prepared
for you in advance. Once registered, each guest will be given a health evaluation form.  This form
will request for your food sensitivities, intolerances, and allergies.  Please make sure to complete it
in its entirety.  Gluten free, dairy free, and vegan meals will be available to be prepared by our
private chef for you to enjoy.

Most all of the rooms are private rooms and bathrooms.  You have the ability to share, if that is
your preference.  In fact, room sharing is preferred and accepted.  The more the merrier! There
are, however, pros and cons to sharing a room, but this is an individualized preference.  If you
would like to share your room, you are responsible for finding your own friend or family member
to join you.  Fertile Soil will not provide or assign you a roommate. Please be advised that you will
not only be sharing the room (including the bed), but also the bathroom facilities as well.
When sharing a room, both guests will split the daily room cost. However, keep in mind that the total
cost of the retreat experience and meals are separate per guest.

We love our pets; they are our family. However, this is a time for you
to let go of your responsibilities and focus on yourself without the concern of having to care for your pet.  Also,
we are mindful that some guests may have allergies and we want to create as much of an
allergy free space as possible.

Our accommodations begin with the retreat experiences.  You will need to arrange both travel
and transportation to the Villa. If you would like, we can help you arrange transportation.

To help you to continue to transition and grown in fruitfulness, we will encourage and support you in
this journey. We have created a private Facebook community where you can remain in contact with us
and others from your retreat, ask questions, and receive continued inspiration and impartation. You will
also receive four group-coaching calls. We recommend that you continue to incorporate all that you
have received into you daily lifestyle practices.

however, no full refunds for seasonal retreats.
